Space saving innovation

Presently, my wife and I are living in the family compound in Bulacan while we are still looking for a suitable place for us to live. Since there's only the two of us, we plan to live in a small condominium unit or even a small apartment. To maximize the small space, we need to be resourceful in how we arrange our furniture and appliances. From experience, I know that the television set can occupy a lot of space. For our future house, I plan on installing a plasma wall bracket where I can mount the TV. That way, we can use the space under the mounting for other uses, which is a good thing as we have a lot of books and magazines in the house that needs storage to avoid a cluttered look. Maybe I can have storage shelves running along the wall underneath the TV mounting. That will give me easy access to my books even while I am watching our favorite TV programs with my wife.
