I'm a Super Middleweight

I need to trim down. This was what dawned on me when I had a physical for my transfer to another unit of the organization I work for. I went to the company doctor and I was surprised when I weighed-in at 168 lbs. For boxing enthusiasts, that means I'm a Super Middleweight. My normal weight used to be at the 140-150 lb range. I guess this weight gain started when I got married. It's easy to lose track of things like exercising when you have someone who pampers you like a baby, like my wife does. When we're together, it seems that we are always eating out or lounging at home during rest days. Not that I mind the bonding moments with my wife, but I feel I have to keep track of my health. I'm not getting any younger and it is hard to be hospitalized these days. Anyway, I really need to start an effective weight-loss program. I'm already losing valuable pogi points with this double chin that I now have.
