for my thoughts and dreams to taste from.
You are the fields I run through all my days,
gathering the flowers,
taking in the sweetness
of your body's nectar
the finest honey carried there.
Pleasing you is the least I could do
for there is never a time I stop loving you --
Even if stars' luminance fades
or if seas go dry
or air goes stale
or the last breath leaves my body.
And yet --
to breathe in once again from your lips
is akin to starting life anew.
